When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email hello@floorpi.com, we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, business name and type, phone number (optional), number of cameras and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange a demo. We don't sell or share them for marketing.
- The form is delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare (our email and DNS provider), which passes your message on as an email and does not keep it.
- We keep enquiries as long as needed to follow up, and delete them on request.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@floorpi.com.
How the FloorPi product treats people on camera
- Video, recordings and analytics are processed and stored on the FloorPi device in the business's own premises.
- The FloorPi cloud portal handles sign-in and relays a business owner's own requests to their device; it does not keep copies of footage or analytics.
- Customers' faces are never recognised or stored. Face recognition is used only for employees who have given consent, and only in staff areas.
- Optional customer statistics (coarse age group and gender) are estimated from overall appearance and kept as aggregate numbers only.
- Businesses can mark areas where nobody is analysed, and control who may view video remotely; remote viewing is logged.
Each business using FloorPi is responsible for its own camera signage and for meeting local rules on video monitoring.
